Join Akona as a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial performance, deliver strategic insights, and support enterprise decision making through analysis and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager, the Electrical Engineering Hardware Designer will contribute to concept reviews, design to current electrical and safety standards and maintain customer specifications. 

This role ensures the development and delivery of effective technical solutions that meet customer needs. The position requires strong leadership in application engineering, customer engagement, and collaboration across functions to drive innovation, efficiency, and global business growth.

This role ensures the successful execution of complex customer projects while fostering a high-performance team environment. The position requires strong leadership in project management, customer engagement, and team development to deliver exceptional aftermarket experiences. With a balance of hands-on execution and people management, this role drives operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-first mindset.

Daily tasks include cutting, drilling, and welding stock metal into structures per engineering drawings. May operate as a group, or independent of one another depending on factors of the build. 

Daily tasks include analyzing customer requirements, configuring equipment solutions based on technical specifications, and preparing detailed proposals to support sales efforts. Collaborates with sales and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness. May work independently or as part of a cross-functional team depending on project scope and customer needs.
