Akona provides three types of conveying solutions engineered for efficient and reliable material handling. Our tubular drag conveyors, from the Cablevey brand, offer gentle, enclosed transport ideal for preserving product integrity. From our Spiroflow brand, we offer both aero mechanical conveyors for high-speed transfer and flexible screw conveyors, valued for their versatility and efficency in handling materials. We work closely with each customer to understand their specific process and recommend the solution that best supports their operational goals.

Material Testing

Validate performance with expert-led trials

Akona provides material testing and machine trials at our Marion and Oskaloosa facility in the US and at our facilities in the UK and Germany, to help customers access performance and validate equipment selection.

Tests can be conducted in person, remotely, or at the customer’s site when needed. These tests are designed to show how our equipment handles and processes materials, evaluate flow characteristics and confirm system efficiency before purchase. This hands-on approach ensures customers make informed decisions and receive solutions that are precisely suited to their process.
