• Horizontal Mixers (Ribbon, Paddle, Plow) – Engineered for uniform mixing of dry powders and wet ingredients. Options include high/low shear, ATEX compliance, and heating/cooling jackets. Capacities from 35 L to 60,000 L.

• Processors & Reactors – Jacketed vessels designed for thermal processing, vacuum operation, or pressurised reactions. Ideal for filter cake drying, sterilisation, and chemical blending. Built to ASME, PED, and hygienic standards

03 Control Panels

Custom electrical panels enable full automation of the mixing process. Features include variable-speed drives, agitator logic, load-cell integration, PID control for jacket temperatures, batch reporting and remote monitoring, supporting validation and audit-readiness.
