Akona Process Solutions operates multiple facilities across the United States, with our headquarters located in Monroe, North Carolina. These locations support our full range of services, including equipment manufacturing, material testing, machine trials, and housing our extensive inventory of replacement parts. Each site plays an important role in delivering dependable support and fast turnaround for our customers.
Our United States facilities are equipped to design and produce machinery for conveying and bulk material handling, including bulk bag unloaders, fillers, sack tip stations, and conditioners. We also provide solutions for screening and sifting, mixing and blending, and thermal drying. We are committed to building equipment to the highest standards, and our facilities in the United States are central to maintaining that level of quality.

Akona delivers a wide range of conveying systems built to handle materials with efficiency and dependability. Our Cablevey brand offers tubular drag conveyors that move products gently within an enclosed system. We also supply aero mechanical conveyors that provide rapid and consistent material flow. In addition, our Spiroflow brand features flexible screw conveyors that are valued for their adaptability and ease of installation. Our team works directly with each customer to learn about their operation and recommend the most effective equipment for their needs.
