Kason Corporation has introduced the KR3020-SS high-capacity batch sifter, a rectangular design engineered to deliver efficient and sanitary sifting in industrial applications.

Sized at 30 x 20 inches, the unit was developed in response to specific customer requirements in the food sector and is designed to mount directly on mixers or hoppers. Features include a bag-cutting shelf for easy tipping, a built-in magnetic drawer to capture ferrous contaminants, and a single-motor drive that lowers energy consumption while simplifying maintenance.

The sifter is also equipped with a counterweighted lid for operator safety and convenience, as well as a dust control port for seamless integration with existing extraction systems. Originally created for bakeries, the KR3020-SS is suitable for nutraceuticals and other industries where manual bag dumping is common. With a range of mesh sizes available, the design adapts to different materials and integrates seamlessly with both Marion mixers and third-party equipment.
