Control Panels for Weighing & Batching
Akona designs and manufactures control panels specifically configured for weighing and batching applications. These panels are engineered to manage complex batching sequences with high precision and repeatability, supporting both loss-in-weight and gain-in-weight systems.
Each panel features a programmable logic controller (PLC) and is equipped with a custom Human Machine Interface (HMI) to provide operators with clear access to real-time data, status indicators and alarm notifications. The system allows for recipe management, automatic material dosing and real-time tracking of batch accuracy.
Integrated load cell signal conditioning ensures stable and accurate weight measurement. Panels can be configured to control multiple feeders, valves, mixers and conveyors as part of a fully coordinated batching process. Communication with upstream and downstream equipment is supported through a range of industrial protocols, enabling seamless integration into broader plant automation systems.
